Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DeepCor Go, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

DeepCor Go is a free consumer platform for divers to discover dive sites, book trips, track certifications, manage digital waivers, log dives, and connect with the global diving community.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

4. Beta Program

  • DeepCor Go is currently in Beta and is free to use.
  • Features may change during the Beta period.
  • Early adopters will retain free access as the platform evolves.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: reverse engineering, transmitting malware, violating laws, or infringing on others' rights.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload. You grant DeepCor a license to display your public content within the platform.

7. Safety Disclaimer

DeepCor Go provides dive information for informational purposes only. Always follow certified training guidelines and local regulations.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, especially during Beta.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeepCor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations. You may delete your account at any time.

11. Changes & Contact

3. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit.

  • Cloudflare: Hosting and CDN
  • Dive Operators: Booking details shared when you book a trip

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with necessary service providers or when required by law.

6. Your Rights

  • Access and download your dive data
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your account
  • Opt out of marketing communications

7. Cookies & Data Retention

Essential cookies only. Data retained while active; removed within 30 days of deletion.
